Street Artist Responsible for Taylor Swift Wings in Nashville Paints in Louisville

Of course we are always looking for the best instagrammable background, and now we have one in Louisville.

The same street artist that Taylor Swift hired for her famous “Nashville wings”, just painted a new pair of Kentucky themed wings at Westport Village. Her name is Kelsey Montague, and she’s amazing.
