The Columbus, Ohio nightclub where Pantera guitarist ‘Dimebag’ Darrell Abbott was fatally shot in 2004 is set to be demolished.

The club, Alrosa Villa, will be torn down and replaced by apartment buildings, according to the Columbus Dispatch.

On December 8th, 2004, Dimebag and his brother, Vinnie Paul Abbott, were performing with their band Damageplan when a man jumped onstage and began firing at the band and crowd, killing Abbott and three other people.
