Elton John Says AA’s Zoom Meetings Have Been a “Lifesaver”

During an interview with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Elton John revealed what has kept him sober during the pandemic.
John, who has been 30 years sober, said that AA’s meetings on Zoom have been a “lifesaver.”
”I’m a recovering alcoholic so I have an AA meeting from this house every Sunday,” Elton revealed. ”I connect with my friends who I’ve known for over 30 years in the program, and that’s great.”
John celebrated his 30th year of sobriety back in July, calling it the “most magical day.”
