Not that anyone thought any previous Foo Fighters albums were snooze fests, but Dave Grohl says the band’s next album will have a little more oomph.
Talking with NME, Grohl said that the band’s new album is, at times, more energetic than previous work.
Calling the album a “Saturday night party album,” Grohl says there are elements of funk that have inspired some of the songs.
Foo Fighters’ new album, Medicine at Midnight, is out on February 5th.
