Apple Warns Looters That Stolen iPhones Are Being Tracked

Apple has a warning for looters who ransacked its stores – those stolen iPhones are being tracked.

Photos have surfaced on social media of a stolen iPhone displaying the message “Please return to Apple Walnut Street. This device has been disabled and is being tracked. Local authorities will be alerted.”

Apple Stores in multiple cities including Philly, L.A., New York, San Francisco, and Washington D.C. have been broken into during the protests.
