While other pageant contestants were trying to win over the judges with choreographed dances and belting ballads—-Laryssa Bonacquisti brought out two puppets for her voice-throwing and yodeling act.
And Twitter definitely had something to say about it.

Bustle.com was impressed by her performance, writing, “Everyone from Louisiana should be proud of her. She brought a whole new meaning to the phrase “triple threat.”
And she ALMOST didn’t get to perform because of time restraints!
So I flip over to #MissAmerica to see a girl with two large puppets waiting to see if she gets to perform. Why is that even in question?
